Dies gilt insbesondere für den Bereich der Hochschulen, in denen formale Regeln und Hierarchien nicht oder nur unzureichend ausgebildet sind, sobald es sich um den Machtbereich von Professuren handelt. Die Organisation von Hochschulen basiert hier auf den kommunikativen Einigungsprozessen der Professoren, die oft nur sehr bedingt rationalen Regeln folgt.
